Designed in collaboration with the legendary bassist known for his work with Pantera, Down, and his solo ventures, this signature model delivers massive tone and fierce stage presence. Crafted with a solid mahogany body and neck, this Thunderbird boasts an Ebony gloss nitrocellulose finish accented by gold hardware, including a Hipshot® bridge and matching tuners with a Drop D Xtender™ for instant tuning shifts. At the heart of this bass are two custom Rexbucker™ pickups, delivering thunderous output with defined low-end clarity. A push/pull master tone control allows for seamless switching between active and passive operation—making this bass as versatile as it is aggressive. Personal touches include Rex’s signature on the truss rod cover and a custom doodle graphic on the backplate. This signature Thunderbird comes complete with a Modern Series Gibson hardshell case for top-tier protection.
