The Taylor 117e Grand Pacific delivers big, warm tone with vintage character and modern versatility — available now at Haggerty’s Music. As the first Grand Pacific model in Taylor’s 100 Series, the 117e introduces their round-shoulder dreadnought shape to a broader audience, combining the power and depth of traditional dreadnoughts with Taylor’s signature clarity and playability. A solid torrefied spruce top, paired with layered sapele back and sides, provides a beautifully aged tone right out of the box, offering warmth, projection, and a broken-in sweetness that only improves with time.

Taylor’s innovative C-Class bracing architecture enhances low-end response, sustain, and dynamic range, making this guitar ideal for strummers, fingerstylists, and singer-songwriters alike. The Grand Pacific body offers a seasoned, neo-vintage voice that's equally suited for solo performance or band settings. A hard rock maple neck with eucalyptus fingerboard provides a smooth, familiar feel, while the 25.5" scale length and 1.687" nut width ensure comfort and accuracy for players of all skill levels. Plug in with Taylor’s ES2 electronics for clean, reliable amplified tone, enhanced by an onboard phase switch and 2-band EQ. A durable Taylor gig bag is included for easy transport and protection.
