Created to commemorate four decades of exceptional guitar craftsmanship, this PRS Custom 24 40th Anniversary Limited Edition is a stunning and exclusive instrument that combines vintage-inspired appointments with modern refinements. This guitar features an Artist Grade figured curly maple top with a retro carve, finished in a dazzling Tiger Eye Smokeburst high-gloss nitro, paired with a “Fat Back” mahogany body for extra resonance and warmth. The neck is crafted from “Salvaged” Puerto Rican mahogany and shaped to the familiar Pattern Thin profile, capped with a ziricote fretboard. Sonically, this limited edition is outfitted with PRS DMO treble and bass pickups, voiced to deliver both warmth and precision, and wired to a volume, tone, and 5-way blade switch for maximum tonal versatility. This special run is topped off with high-performance PRS Phase III locking tuners, a Gen III tremolo bridge, and a paua-inlaid PRS eagle logo on the headstock.
