Built with the same attention to quality and tone, this model features a 3-ply violin-grade maple rim paired with a 3-ply resonator, providing a rich, golden tone with significantly increased projection. The resonator’s hard, concave surface allows sound to bounce forward through the soundholes of the nickel-plated flange, making it ideal for bluegrass and ensemble playing. Weighing approximately 6 pounds—similar to a guitar—the Goodtime Two is lightweight enough for travel while offering the durability and tone players expect from Deering (case not included). Available at Haggerty's Music, this banjo is crafted at Deering’s San Diego facility, ensuring top-notch craftsmanship and exceptional performance.
