The Fender® American Ultra II Jazz Bass® V features a select alder body with sculpted contours for an ergonomic feel. Its quartersawn maple neck sports a Modern D profile and an Ultra Satin finish for smooth, effortless playability. You can choose between ebony or quartersawn maple 10”-14” compound-radius fingerboards with Ultra rolled edges, medium-jumbo frets, Luminlay® side dots, and a Graph Tech® TUSQ® nut. The tapered neck heel and sculpted body contours grant players unparalleled access to higher registers, while the headstock’s truss rod access offers quick and easy setup and adjustments.

Equipped with specially designed Ultra II Noiseless™ Vintage Jazz Bass pickups, this bass produces a rich tonal palette, from vintage warmth to modern clarity—all without any unwanted hum. The enhanced preamp provides superior control, unlocking endless tonal possibilities. Key features include S-1™ switching for active/passive operation, a passive tone control, and a 3-band active EQ with a switchable midrange frequency.
